F.I.T. (Full-body Interval Training)

Short on time? Let's make the most of it! This timed tempo workout will keep your heart rate up while giving you a full body strengthening workout. We combine the very best strengthening exercises with cool new cardio intervals using a variety of training tools. Change the way you look at working out forever. Time to get F.I.T.!

Times: Mondays from 7:30pm - 8:30pm

BOSU Blender 
This class takes your BOSU workout to the next level! Create a toned physique and improve cardio fitness using a variety of training tools such as medicine balls and Body Bars, together with the BOSU (half stability ball). You'll build strength, stamina and balance and have a great time doing it. Bring on the BOSU!

Beginner Belly Dancing
Do you love the idea of getting in shape with dance? You'll learn to move your torso and isolate your abdominals, while getting a great cardio workout. Burn calories, develop abdominal tone, and get great results with this fun and engaging class! You'll learn dozens of different dance steps and build them into a full choreographed dance over the 12- weeks. Hip scarfs are provided for your use. No dance experience is required. Get ready to shimmy!
